You can request a return by accessing the My Orders section of your user account page and finding the order for which you would like to initiate a return. After selecting the order and providing the details for the return, our customer service team will process the request and reach out with details on how to proceed.
(I) 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (as long as the product is undamaged) and receive a full refund of the purchase price. All returns require proof of purchase from NorthSky. Orders for special products cannot be canceled or returned. NorthSky does not take ownership of returned products until they are received and inspected. The risk of loss remains with the buyer until NorthSky receives the returned product and verifies it. Northsky will cover return shipping costs for most orders. Some exclusions apply for returns regarding irregularly shaped, bulky, or heavy products.
(Ⅱ) Returns After 30 Days
If both of the following criteria are met, you may return the product within one year of receiving it, unless otherwise specified:
(i) The product is in new condition and can be resold in its original, undamaged packaging with all original parts.
(ii) The product has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, refurbished, repaired, altered or damaged.
Proof of purchase from NorthSky is required for all returns. Orders for special products cannot be canceled or returned. NorthSky may refuse certain returns or charge a restocking fee and/or other fees.

For orders that are cancelled prior to being shipped they will be processed within 1-2 business days depending on bank processing times.
For refunds regarding returns, refund applications will be processed within one business day (T+1) after the product is returned to the warehouse, but delays may occur due to the time it takes to submit the refund application, the return of the product, and the processing times of banks or third-party payment platforms.

Orders placed by 2:30 PM local time typically ship the same day, with delivery expected in 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2:30 PM will ship the next day, with delivery expected in 2-3 days.
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days, with NorthSky covering all return shipping costs.
Products must be in new condition, and additional details or photos may be requested. Returns that don’t meet the criteria may face fees, be ineligible for a refund or qualify for store credit.
Once you’ve initiated a return from the “My Orders” section in your account, you will receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and approval of the returned items.
